The panels can be made from any timber specification such as mahogany or oak.
However, we predominantly manufacture 18mm moisture resistant Medium Density Fibre(MDF)
a. What is the quality of your MDF?
We only use superior quality MDF for you and your panels. The MDF is predominantly made up of pitch pine timber.
b. Why do you use this type of MDF?
Because the effect you can achieve from hand painting is absolutely fantastic. (provided you follow your given painting instructions)
c. What type and thickness is the MDF and why is this so important?
The Medium Density Fibre is moisture resistant and is at least 18mm thick. (we do manufacture read and bead and tongue and groove boards in 12mm)
The thickness and quality of the wall panels makes sure that they fit together perfectly, easily and quickly.
The thickness and quality of the timber wall panels means that your panels will not warp or crack from heat, damp or cold temperatures.
