How To Install Your Conservatory Panelling...
Panelling Your House Wall
Once we have received your measurements we calculate the amount of panels needed e.g. the wall above is divided into three sections
NB 1. Always fit your house wall First.. 2. Fit all roof trims when your panels have been fit.
Take section ‘A’ (all are labelled on the rear of the panels). On the back put spots of panel adhesive, and then place the panel in position and bed onto the wall. Make sure it is level and fix through the secret joint. Take section ‘B’ and repeat the process. NB Make sure the top of the panels ‘A’ + ‘B’ are level with each other then slot panel ‘C’ (below) into position.
Once the adhesive has cured, to the edge of the panels fit door lining and then architraves.
Panelling Your Dwarf Wall
When we have received a plan from you showing the measurements e.g. below, we calculate the amount of panels you need.
When you receive your panels there will be a plan included, identifying each wall by the alphabet, as above. e.g. the wall ‘A’+’D’ there will be one panel for each wall. ‘B’+’C’ there will be four panels for each wall
NB 1. Always fit the house wall First, if required.2. Fit the window boards + trims when your panels have been fit.
1. Start with wall ‘A’ Take section ‘A’ (Trim Wall Edge at Reveal. All are labelled on the rear of the panels), you may need to trim to size. On the back put spots of panel adhesive. Place the panel in position and bed onto the wall make sure it is level.
2. Take the corner section provided, cut to the required height.
3. Put a line of adhesive in the groves; place the reveal panel onto the corner post. Add a few spots of adhesive to the rear.
4. Bed the reveal in place. E.g. above
5. Move on to wall ‘B’. NB Always work from the right hand side of each wall. Wall ‘B’ has four panels.
6. Take the right hand section (labelled on the rear R/E) on the back put spots of panel adhesive, then place the panel in position and bed onto the wall. Make sure it is level and fix through the secret joint.
7. Repeat the process with the two centre sections (labelled on the rear CENTRE).
8. Take the final section (labelled on the rear L/E), trim to size and then add adhesive and bed the panel to the wall.
